From September 10th-14th, 2021, the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) hosted its 20th Annual World Summit on Counter-Terrorism in Herzliya, Israel. The conference addressed the theme ‘Honoring 20 Years of Counter-Terrorism Cooperation.’ Colin P. Clarke, Senior Research Fellow at The Soufan Center, and Meredith Stricker, Senior Fellow at The Soufan Center, participated in an online expert roundtable on ‘The Future of Global Jihad in light of the U.S. withdrawal of Afghanistan.’
