On December 21, 2021, Colin P. Clarke, Senior Research Fellow at The Soufan Center, participated in a virtual event ‘Terrorism and Violent Extremism – 2021 Review.’ The event was hosted by the Terrorism Research Center (TRC) of the Georgian Center for Strategy and Development (GCSD), and was moderated by TRC’s Director, Mariam Tokhadze. The discussion assessed the year’s major terrorism trends, as well as the threats and challenges for the year ahead.
