IDeaS Summer Seminar Series: Colin P. Clarke on “Yesterday’s Terrorists Are Today’s Public Health Providers”

Colin P. Clarke, Senior Research Fellow, provided a virtual lecture on “Yesterday’s Terrorists Are Today’s Public Health Providers.” Taking place on May 26, 2020, the lecture was hosted by the Carnegie Mellon University Center for Informed Democracy and Social Cybersecurity (IDeaS) as part of the IDeaS Summer Seminar Series. Colin discussed how the COVID-19 pandemic has created opportunities for terrorists, insurgents, and criminal organizations to provide public-health services to build political legitimacy.
