Description of event: TSC Executive Director Naureen Chowdhury Fink moderated a panel at the 2022 UN Global Congress of Victims of Terrorism on “Terrorist attacks based on xenophobia, racism, and other forms of intolerance, or in the name of religion or belief (XIRIB)”. The discussion highlighted broader discussions among the international community about the need to address new and emerging forms of terrorism, such as XRIRB, as well as highlighting the experiences of victims of these types of terrorist attacks.
