American Foreign Policy Council Conference

On February 12, 2024, Senior Research Fellow Colin P. Clarke joined the American Foreign Policy Council for a conference bringing together U.S. and foreign scholars in Washington D.C. Addressing the topic ‘The United States and the War of Ideas,’ Dr. Clarke spoke on the importance of strategic communications, countering disinformation, and crafting effective counternarratives against jihadist groups like al-Qaeda and the so-called Islamic State.
