On September 8, 2021, Colin P. Clarke, Senior Research Fellow at The Soufan Center, participated in an online event ‘20 Years After 9/11: The Evolving Transnational Militant Islamist Threat Landscape.’ Hosted by Janes, the online roundtable explored the changing transnational militant Islamist threat landscape, analyzing trends since 9/11 and future scenarios for al-Qaeda-Islamic State relations, militant Islamist strategy, and the balance of affiliate relationships.
