Ali Soufan will be speaking at the MSC Student Conference on National Affairs (SCONA 64) on “U.S. Strategy and Response in the Face of Global Terror.” Other speakers will include Andrew H. J. Card Jr., Former Chief of Staff to President George W. Bush, and Lt. Gen. Marshall “Brad” Webb, USAF, Commander of Air Force Special Operations Command. MSC SCONA is an annual conference that brings together delegates from universities across the nation and the world.
