On June 24, 2025, Senior Research Fellow Colin P. Clarke joined a discussion ‘The Wagner Group: Russia’s Shadow Army’ hosted by the International Spy Museum in Washington, D.C. The talk explored Russia’s Wagner Group, including how the group’s impact has reshaped global conflict, the rise and fall of the group’s former leader Yevgeny Prigozhin, and the role of private mercenaries in warfare going forward.
