Adam Hadley
Adam Hadley is a Senior Fellow at The Soufan Center focusing on efforts to disrupt terrorist exploitation of technology while upholding human rights. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Tech Against Terrorism, a pioneering public-private partnership delivering operational effect in disrupting online terrorist activity. The initiative was originally established as part of the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate (CTED) and has earned recognition from the UN Security Council for empowering the global tech sector to effectively address the use of the internet for terrorist purposes while upholding human rights principles.
Additionally, he serves as the CEO of QuantSpark AI, a strategic consultancy dedicated to transforming high-value, complex processes through analytics and AI. In 2024, Adam Hadley’s contributions to countering terrorist content online were acknowledged with his appointment as a Commander of the British Empire by His Majesty King Charles III.
