On April 8, 2021, Senior Research Fellow Emerita Torres participated in the ‘Inaugural Inclusive Excellence Week at the Elliott School – Pathways to Inclusive Excellence in International Affairs’ hosted by the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. The event focused on ‘Women of Color Navigating Mentorship, Networking & Careers in International Affairs’ and touched upon strategies to promote effective networking and inclusion in foreign policy work.
