ICCT Annual Conference: Global Power Politics, Counter-Terrorism, and Human Rights

On November 7, TSC Executive Director Naureen Chowdhury Fink spoke at the annual International Centre for Counter-Terrorism on global power politics, counterterrorism, and human rights. She highlighted the UN’s role in countering terrorism against the backdrop of great power rivalry. She shared with the audience: “What was particularly remarkable about counterterrorism at the UN was great power consensus.
