Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS Ministerial

On September 30, 2024, Senior Research Fellow Colin P. Clarke spoke at the Ministerial Meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS 2024 held in Washington D.C. Dr. Clarke presented on the global terrorism landscape, particularly the threat posed by Islamic State Khorasan Province (IS-K). The Ministerial meeting marked the 10^th anniversary of the establishment of the Global Coalition to Defeat Daesh/ISIS and a key theme of this year’s meeting was to conclude the Coalition’s military mission in Iraq over the next year.
