On December 6, 2021, Colin P. Clarke, Senior Research Fellow at The Soufan Center, participated in the ‘European Summit on Islamist Radicalization and Terrorist Threat’ hosted by the European Leadership Network. The event assessed the “war on terror” 20 years after 9/11 and in the wake of the American withdrawal from Afghanistan. Dr. Clarke participated in a roundtable discussion ‘Following Taliban’s Takeover in Afghanistan: A Transatlantic Perspective on the Fight Against Terrorism Twenty Years After 9/11.’
