On June 3, 2025, Senior Research Fellow Colin P. Clarke and Board Director Christopher P. Costa participated in the Counterterrorism Summit hosted by George Mason University and the Government Technology & Services Coalition’s (GTSC) Homeland Security Today. The Summit addressed key terrorism challenges and evolving tactics used by terrorist organizations today. Dr. Clarke joined as a panelist on a session addressing al-Qaeda and ISIS, and Mr. Costa joined a panel on how terrorist groups exploit financial systems and the cyber domain.
