On April 8, 2021, our Founder Ali Soufan offered a keynote speech on “Challenging Counterterrorism’s Double Standard: An Examination with Ali Soufan.” SUNY Brockport hosted the event as part of the Salah & Sarwat Malik Lecture Series. The discussion covered the double standard in U.S. counterterrorism scholarship and practice, including a historical and comparative analysis of violent white supremacy extremists and jihadists.
