Blue Sky Retreat 2020: Seventh Review of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy

Emerita Torres, Director of Policy, Research and Programs at The Soufan Center, participated in the ‘Blue Sky Retreat 2020: Seventh Review of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy.’ The event was organized by the Global Center on Cooperative Security (Global Center) to facilitate an informal discussion on the United Nations counterterrorism efforts among UN experts, member state representatives, and independent experts. The discussions took place in the lead up to the seventh review of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy (GCTS).
