On June 27, 2026, TSC Founder Ali Soufan was honored with an award at the 2026 Society of Honors Ceremony hosted by Commonwealth University-Mansfield. Mr. Soufan was awarded the Health and Safety and Wellness Award, which recognizes members of the Mansfield alumni community who have made outstanding efforts to advance health, safety, and wellness since graduating from the University. A world-renowned expert on international terrorism and global security, he reflected on the importance of his time at Mansfield University: “For me, it affected me way more than just a university. It affected me as a person, my views of the world.”
