On May 24, 2025, Senior Research Fellow Colin P. Clarke briefed the 2025 NATO Parliamentary Assembly. The session brought together over 1,000 attendees, including more than 300 voting delegates from NATO parliamentary assembly member nations, as well as delegates from partner countries and observers. The NATO Parliamentary Assembly serves as a link between the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the parliaments of the 32 NATO nations. Dr. Clarke briefed the spring session of the assembly on the topic ‘Global Terrorism in 2025: Evolving Threats and Counter Strategies.’
